Take a look at how I styled this "Messy Hair Don't Care" crop Tee. I wanted to stay in the black and white zone and add a pop of color. Why not add Cobalt blue? I can be matchy matchy at times sooo the "Trista" pump from ShoeDazzle sealed the deal for my look. Polka dot on Polka dot worked for me!
