Hello Friyayy! It seemed as though this day would never get here. I'm excited about today's post because I was inspired and wanted to share the tea. As many of you know I'm a treasure hunter by nature. As I was strolling on my IG time line I came across Daneisha Smith of Officially Chic post.
She was wearing a Down Knot Front Polka Dot Midi Dress from Target'!
What caught my eye about the dress was ... How darling she looked in it, the exaggerated down knot front detail and that it was POLKA DOT!!! Yes, I did take a drive to Target' that same day. I did try it on but immediately thought I would put this on my thrift wish list. It wasn't expensive at all and there were more items I was eyeing that same day. I'm more of a quantity kind of girl. I'm sure you know exactly what I mean. You got it more for my money! Don't get me wrong if I truly want it I will buy it.
Leaving Target' that day I did score some boyfriend tees, (In which I needed) a fab shoe and a basic denim skirt I had been eyeing for less the price of the dress. Score for me! Moving right along to the weekend... I went on a treasure hunt and what do you know. I found a brand new white background polka dot dress. The neckline didn't matter as much for me but I do love the sweetheart neckline on the one I purchased. Dolls the thrift Gods were on my side whew... Normally it takes a couples of runs to find my exact want. I also had another item on my wish list that I am currently still working on. When I find it you all will be the first to know!
Thanks to Daneisha's fab eye for fashion I was able to add a new sundress to my closet. Speaking of sundresses, I am revamping and adding new looks. My past collection consist of high-low dresses and tons on halter styles. I mean I went IN... Also on my thrift run I scored an additional fab sundress. Do y'all see how I'm winning. Ha!
Let's take a look at this ensemble. Since the dress was very simple I added a pop of color to liven things up. You know KishaRose! I revisited a lace-up bootie from my good friends Shoedazzle. Ladies these beauties were a hit. They are from last year's collection but still on trend. Heavy bangels and a simple black on white polka dot clutch sealed the deal with this look! What do you think?

Although theses dresses are completely different they both are darling, feminine and fits our individual style. #Queening
