Hello Dolls and Gents!

It's International Women's Day and what a way to kick off the weekend! This day was generated and made a global event to celebrate and support women's right while calling for gender equality.

To sum this day up in my own words on this day empowerment for women was born.

I have teamed up with my girls to highlight this day in a very special way. The articles of accessories highlight women business owners. This month we shopped small women business to highlight International Women's Day! I am most proud about this because I am a BOSS Babe myself and I love to support other women that is making a name for themselves in this industry.

This collab with my girls Dani & Ayesha speaks volumes! we stand together to embrace that we have a voice and a gift of style inspiration to show the world. I still will continue to promote how important it is to have a squad. I have several that knows they are near and dear to me. Just a few reasons why you need to squad up: meaningful collaborations, pitching success ideas (this blogging and influencing world can be a tough), a ear to share everyday life ups and downs and just good old FUN girl time.

Today I am highlighting Girl Boss Letha Anise of Black Girl Tiara's. This queen has really gave me life with her #crownlifemovement. The Tiara is my favorite. The wiring that is in the inside of the wrap that gives it shape on your head is what I love the most. You see me rock them all the time! It's my signature head wrap.
